ABOUT MIRROR MANUFACTURING
We are using a strict and good manufacturing process to make sure quality of each finished mirrors is good.
Here in Homemate Mirrors, We set up the following efficient workflow process to keep our good mirrors quality and good customer service, and employees being asked to following this workflow process. Following this process, any potential mistakes will be found and be corrected in time, good quality and on-time delivery can be promised. We also asked our sales team and inspection team to go to process workshop frequently to check if there is any mistakes during production, meanwhile they can also get a body and mind relax.
– RAW MATERIAL INSPECTION –
All raw material and parts we purchased will be inspected, defectives will be rejected.
Furniture Frame Inspection.
Mirror Coating Inspection.
Mirror Thickness Inspection.
Shipping Marks Inspection.
– MANUFACTURING–
After raw material inspection, our production team will start production according to production plan.
Mirror Cutting by Machine (Some Mirror Cut by Hand).
Mirror Beveling by Hand ( Some are beveled by machine).
Beveled Edge Polishing ( Edge will be more shiny ).
Mirror Gluing (all glass pcs are well organized and match well ).
– SEMI-PRODUCT INSPECTION –
During production, our QC and sales team will monitor and check quality to avoid any potential mistakes.

– FINISHED PRODUCT INSPECTION –
When order production finished, Our QC and sales will do final inspection according to customer instruction, and send customer a report.

Customer’s Shipping Mark Inspection.
– PACKING & DELIVERY –
After customer’s inspection, we start deliver order to customer.
1. Using PE Bag or Wrapping Film to Cover Product Surface.
2. Dig High Strength Polyfoam According to Mirror Shape.
3. Put Mirror into Moulded Polyfoam.
4. Put a layer of Polyfoam on top.
5. All High Strength Polyfoam Six Sides.
6. Well Sealed Cartons.
